By using a phone with a great camera (we used the Nokia N96 on By Any Means 2) you can capture the best parts of your adventure in a flash. But it's sharing these moments that really make it special - so use your phone to share your photos using online sharing site Ovi.
Back It Up
By synching your phone to an internet sharing site you can back all your numbers and details up so if you ever lose your phone, you don't lose contact. We're doing this with Nokia's fantastic Ovi site.
Access Your Files
Give your adventure a soundtrack by accessing your music files on the road, and then share them with your friends with web sharing sites! And check out your photos and other documents while you travel as well, all through your phone. Ovi lets you do all of this!
Find Your Way
With GPS on your phone, it's hard to get lost these days. We used the Ovi to plan By Any Means 2's route and sync the entire trip to photos as we go.
E-mail On The Move
Make sure you get a phone with email. It's a quicker and easier way of keeping in touch with people while you see the world. And it's free! We've been using our Nokia N96 for this and found it the best phone for it we've ever used.
