Ride for Culture Culture Ride

Here at Big Earth we will take any excuse to get out on the open road to see the world. So when someone actually comes up with a genuine reason to travel, we just stand back and applaud. Case in point, Hallie Zolynski who is spending her time cruising the US at the moment documenting rural towns through film and photography to highlight disappearing U.S. culture.

We love her blog (www.rideforculture.blogspot.com) and were really pleased to hear she’s now planning a point to point trip from America to Tibet, as a tribute to the Tibetan people’s fight for their own culture. With some of the money raised from the trip going to Antahkarena International, to help build schools in Tibet, it’s shaping up to be a really exciting idea.

We wish Hallie the best of luck with her trip and hope to try and bring you some of her blogs here at Big Earth.
